OMG Belgian Newspaper publishes picture  depicting Obama and the First Lady as apes

A newspaper has printed a picture of Barack Obama which was photoshopped to make him look like an ape.This is totally unacceptable and its pure racism 

The  newspaper has apologized  for publishing the image
